ABOUT THE VILLA
The Accommodation is all on the ground floor with high ceilings open to the eaves, shuttered windows and fitted ceiling fans. There is also air conditioning in the bedrooms if required. (There is a further bedroom on the first floor retained by the owners).

- Double doors to shaded dining area, Barbeque and Pool Area.
- Modern well equipped with double sink, filtered drinking water tap, electric induction hob, 2 Neff ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Various machines including Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied), coffee filter machine, liquidiser, mixer and juicer.
EXTERIOR AREAS
- 2 swimming pools, one large and second small one with seating and attractive waterfall effect into larger pool.
- Pools can be heated if required.
- Sun beds for 8.
- Good shade available from mature olive trees.
- Large built in Barbeque convenient for kitchen and outdoor dining areas.
- Large covered dining area with dining table and seating for 10 adjacent to kitchen.
- Further smaller dining area with extendable table on the Terrace.
- Covered seating area adjacent to the Drawing Room with wicker sofas and armchair.
- Large Terrace that runs the full length of the villa and enjoys the stunning views.
- Gardens. delightful landscaped areas with numerous mature olive trees, oleander, bourganvileas, lavender, agapanthus and citrus trees.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
- Shutters through out and automatic sun blinds in south facing bedrooms.
- WIFI, Bose iPod dock, TV & DVD.
- Steam iron, ironing board, 2 hair dryers, drying rack, washing line with cloth pegs.
- Table tennis table and bats (balls not provided), various board games.
- Housekeeper 2 or 3 times a week, Bed linen, towels and beach/pool towels provided.
- Pool and Garden maintained regularly.
